BIOGRAPHY
Amanda E. Spinner joined Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach, and Steinberg in 2019 after several years of experience practicing civil litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. Amanda represents those hurt by the negligence of physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes, emphasizing civil trial practice. Amanda can bring her unique perspective of working as a defense attorney and plaintiff’s attorney to her practice. Amanda co-hosts “From No Fault of Your Own” with Partner Kenneth Auerbach every Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. on LI News Radio, 103.9 FM.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 2012 in Legal Studies with a dual minor in Sociology and Art History. Amanda then attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 2015. Amanda is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court Southern District of New York. Amanda is a Suffolk County Bar Association member and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Amanda enjoys traveling and loves animals.
