BIOGRAPHY
Partner Kenneth A. Auerbach has over 30+ years of litigation experience and leads our CBAS Personal Injury Department. Ken has obtained our clients’ multi-million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts involving the medical malpractice of hospitals, nursing homes, and medical providers; motor vehicle collisions; construction and work-related accidents; trips, slips, and falls; dog bites and many other claims caused by the negligence of others. Additionally, Ken has represented many clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
Ken serves as a Trustee and Board Member of Lighthouse Mission, which attends to those in need on Long Island with food, clothing, and children’s ministries. Ken has also served on boards of several other not-for-profit entities. As part of CBAS’s outreach to the community, Ken hosts the LI News Radio show “From No Fault of Your Own.” His mission is to educate listeners about injury law and how they can protect their rights by getting good legal representation early on. Join us and listen live to our program on FM 103.9 every Monday afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Ken regularly interviews medical professionals to discuss their management of trauma-related injuries, in addition to many of our clients who have been seriously injured. Ken graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.A. degree in 1984 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School in 1987. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in State and Federal courts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyer Association.
