BIOGRAPHY
Leslie M. Schmidt is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Department at Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach, and Steinberg, P.C. Leslie concentrates in transactional real estate matters representing both sellers and purchasers in residential and commercial property transactions.
Leslie personally communicates with our clients during all four stages of the real estate transaction – pre-entry into a contract, signing of the contract, working through the details of the transaction after the contract has been signed and attending the closing. In addition, she assists our clients with any post-closing needs associated with the transaction. Leslie manages the timely progression of the transaction with the lenders, title company, attorneys and real estate agents in her goal of client satisfaction. Leslie is personable, detail orientated and her work ethic translates into a pleasant and smooth closing experience for our clients.
Leslie has been a member of the New York State bar since 1997. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1996.
