BIOGRAPHY
Linda Marie Boswell joined the Personal Injury Department at CBAS in 2011. Linda’s personal injury practice experience includes representing clients from initial intake though depositions, mediations, arbitrations, infant compromises, jury trials and inquests. Additionally, she regularly engages in motion and appellate practice before the New York Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. Linda is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, she is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of New York.
Linda and our entire CBAS personal injury team of attorneys and paralegals work tirelessly in pursuit of the full and proper compensation for our client’s injuries. Linda’s personal mission as a lawyer is to compassionately walk side by side with our clients after they have been injured.
Linda is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee. The Suffolk County Bar Pro Bono Foundation recognized Linda for her service with The Pro Bono Project in 2012. Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School conferred a Juris Doctorate degree on Linda in 1988. Linda graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in French. Linda enjoys serving those in need and regularly volunteers her time and talents at Lighthouse Mission and occasionally co-hosts “From No Fault of Your Own” LI News Radio program with host Kenneth Auerbach.
