BIOGRAPHY
Emily Elizabeth Graf is a highly skilled associate attorney at Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach & Steinberg P.C., specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury law. At Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach & Steinberg P.C., Emily is committed to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation, steadfastly advocating for the interests of both her clients and their families. Licensed to practice in both New York State and Federal Court, she brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in advocating for clients’ rights. She co-hosts the radio show “From No Fault of Your Own” with Kenneth Auerbach, broadcast every Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. on LI News Radio, 103.9 FM, where she provides insightful commentary on legal issues.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University at Albany and earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. During law school, she made significant contributions as guardian ad litem through the Family Violence Litigation Clinic and was an active member of the executive board of the Family Law Society. Emily is also a recipient of the John S. Bartlett ’48 Scholarship from Albany Law School. Emily’s excellence in client counseling and negotiation was recognized through awards during various competitions. Emily has been published in the New York State Health Law Journal, Volume 28 and was featured on the New York State Bar Association’s Law Student Spotlight page. In her free time, Emily loves going for runs and playing with her two dogs.
