Emily Elizabeth Graf is a highly skilled associate attorney at Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach & Steinberg P.C., specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury law. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University at Albany and earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. During law school, she made significant contributions as guardian ad litem through the Family Violence Litigation Clinic and was an active member of the executive board of the Family Law Society. Emily is also a recipient of the John S. Bartlett ’48 Scholarship from Albany Law School. Emily’s excellence in client counseling and negotiation was recognized through awards during various competitions. Emily has been published in the New York State Health Law Journal, Volume 28 and was featured on the New York State Bar Association’s Law Student Spotlight page. In her free time, Emily loves going for runs and playing with her two dogs.
